General School Regulations

1. Every candidate along with the parents or guardians  must be introduced in person to the Headmistress  for admission
2. At the time of admission the following documents will be required. 

• A transfer certificate if s/he comes from a recognized school.  If the  school is outside  the State of Goa, the Transfer Certificate must be countersigned by the Education Inspector of the State from which s/he comes. 
• An official Birth Certificate, if s/he joins school fresh from home. 
• A Copy of Aadhar card
• Caste  Certificate if any.

Withdrawal of the Candidate: Application for the School Leaving Certificate to be given in the school kind by the parents.

Students should come clean and tidy in their person and dress. Each student should have at least two sets of the School Uniforms, which is as follows:- 

                Mayur suiting or Bombay Dyeing - shade number- 2087

               Guiding Uniform:         Shade No. 2203

               Primary Boys:              Checks shade No. 10002. 

               Pre-Primary:                 Dress/Pants- Checks shade No.12413  (S. Kumars)       

                                                      Red Plain shade no.2128 - Mayur Suiting’s                  

                                                      Blouse/Shirt - White 

                                                      Winter - Plain Red Sweater 

Parents kindly check your child’s uniform. The sleeves length should be 2" above the elbow. Skirts length 2" below the knees. 

During the rainy season students may use black rubber sandals or shoes only. No fancy wear allowed. White socks and black shoes from second term onwards. On Thursdays and for school functions students should wear P.T. Uniform and white tennis shoes with white socks. The wearing of Guides uniform on days the students have Guiding is compulsory. 

• It is compulsory to wear plain white Socks with clean polished shoes.  
• Nails must be kept short. Nail polish, Eye brow Shaping and Mehendi are not Permitted.
• Girls having long hair should make two plaits by tying black ribbons to their hair. Hair should be neatly combed and pinned up.
• For the safety of the child in and outside school, no jewellery is to be worn, except simple ear-rings.
• If the uniform is not proper the pupil may be sent home.
